About ScanQueue
We replace lines with a QR code. Guests scan, track their place live and get WhatsApp, SMS or push alerts when it's their turn. No app or hardware needed. Staff run everything from a live dashboard or staff mobile app: add walk-ins, call guests, seat them and see analytics on wait times and no-shows. Live Capacity counts guests in and out in real time for venues with a cap. Setup takes about five minutes. Built by Tugadot Pty Ltd, Australia.
